on NPR's "A Prairie Home Companion" with Garrison Keillor.
Just in case you weren't aware yet, FYI, Odetta will be coming to Des
Moines next February 22-24 to appear at the 2008 Thresholds Arts Festival
here @ First Christian Church. She will be headlining the Saturday-evening
concert, as well as participating in Sunday's Worship, leading a discussion
during the 11:00 Learning Hour, & singing with the Mass Choir during
the Sunday Multimedia Gala.
IMPORTANT: When you're listening to the broadcast this weekend, please
take note of the underwriting "spots" promoting Thresholds during
the breaks.

Hampton Callaway, legendary "Blues Boy" Geoff
Muldaur, renowned interpreter of the jazz harmonica Howard
Levy, and the Queen of American folk music Odetta.
Also with us, The Royal Academy of Radio Acting; Tim Russell, Sue Scott,
